Invalid sender partner detail in the Inbound IDOC

Hi All,

In file to Idoc scenario

I am facing issue where IDOCs posted to SAP goes to status 56.

In control record >Sender information> partner Number is showing value as: Business system for the PI file sender channel/system.

Ideally it should show PI system details.

Please suggest.

Hi Sudeep,

Partner number should have PI logical system. for this you need to check the checkbox Sender communication component under Header mapping in receiver agreement and provide PI business system there.

In SLD the PI business system should have a logical system assigned to it.

This can be validated by going to the PI business system in ID and checking under tab communication component -> adapter specific identifier -> should show values like below but erased

If the SLD has logical system assigned, click on compare from SLD and it should reflect.

Hi Ambrish,

We are facing the same issue, But we are using SAP PO version. In this case there is no question of logical system right??

Could you please help me out, How to fetch the control record information at run time by means of business system.

Is the option 'Apply Control Records from Payload' is checked in Receiver IDoc adapter?

HI Nabendu,

The checkbox is checked and mapping for the SNDPRT is also LS.

It is properly mapping the ECC details in RECEIVER information of IDOC but sender information is still the Business system (which is used for creating Sender agreement in PI).

Please verify if the sender information for IDOC is suppose to have PI system details or the business system used for sender agreement in PI.
