Wrong MRP calculation

Hi All,

I have a issue that in co09 material is showing confirmed zero or non available but still with this material order is getting process where order should be rejected according to settings,it seems MRP wrong calculation ....i thing some programme have to run...can you please provide those details or any other analyze you want sujjest that also wil be kind help....
