Wrong MRP calculation

Hi All,

I have a issue that in co09 material is showing confirmed zero or non available but still with this material order is getting process where order should be rejected according to settings,it seems MRP wrong calculation ....i thing some programme have to run...can you please provide those details or any other analyze you want sujjest that also wil be kind help....

I still feel that SDRQCR21  should do the trick.

What is the result of the report? Did you check the flag "Data transfer"?

Also, what is your release/support package?

In this issue ..my find is when the item is deleted, it is not process for order so normally it should show in material requiremnt list..please correct me if i am wrong.

MD04 will show everthing from table VBBE, depending on the field "No MRP" value.

Try to set a reason for rejection on this sales order item.

Thanks for the feedback.

This report can be safely executed on the productive system as it should not affect consistent sales orders. Sometimes this is the only way to correct inconsistent data.

Hi morning all,

As you can see from my below screenshot in order 170 item deleted but though it is showing in material requiremnt list, how can it remove.As Jignesh sujjest already i ahve tried run this report with every document.

@ Shiva i have check planning entry, comparison, processing for each time and block document, is there any check box need to uncheck or anyother checkbox to tick please sujjest.

   Please need your kind help.

Can you take a look at OSS 1837190  - Non-confirmation in sales documents or deliveries because of inconsistency and see whether any lock entries in table ATPENQ? If so then use t.code SM12, to see the document item number and if it is obsolete, you can delete it.

The program mentioned by Jignesh should resolve the issue. Probably you need to mention on how you ran (what check boxes are selected). If not, then as mentioned by Caetano, provide more information like screen shots of CO09 and Sales order status. Then members can guide you.

MRP calculation is not a availability check. Both are different. Please check "availability check" setting from SD and PP point of view.

Please observe that Availability Check (CO09) and MRP are separated functionalities with a different logic, different programs and customizing.

I suggest you to check your availability check settings.

Also, try to provide more details when opening a thread.
