Disable the multiple log-on without setting the parameter

hello team ,

We need to disable the SAP User multiple log-on in our instance. We knew that we can done this through enable the parameter and users will not allow to perform multiple log-in.

We need to know whether the same can be achieve without setting the SAP standard parameter. Any other alternate way to do the same
