When you need to do anything in a program using standard means, the two most appropriate options are using a BAPI or using the BOR. In this case, the BOR offers the best option - check SWO1 where business object BILLDOCAUT should serve your needs.
Ravi- I think I did not understand the question very well but if your requirement is to find the unvoiced document by the report and then want to regenerate the invoice then SAP provide a standard report you can use that by E25T .
