sap gateway not found, partner <ip>:sapgw00 not found

Hello,

We have ECC6EHP5 installed on windows machine where we created Web-services and using those Web-services in other applications without a problem.

Now we are trying to create java application integrating with SAP using jco's and have issues with integration, When I try to connect to SAP from java application it says partner .........:3300 not found. We have two SAP systems and have this problem with only one instance.

I have checked the following:

1. Able to telnet the port 3300(00 is the instance number).

2. User has all the RFC authorizations.

3. Added the entry in hosts file on client machine (SOAMANAGER transaction is working).

4. tried by creating password with only capital letters.

Please let me know how to fix this,

What is the ip before the 3300

.........:3300

What error do you get when you run this?

niping -c -H ip address :3300

Resolved the issue, problem was with the Internet Service Provider router. Some network routing problem not with SAP.
