Hi all,

We have created 6 templates and we are able to assign all 6 templates to one employee.

Out of 6 templates, 2 will be used for appraisals activities and rest 4 for succession planning, trainees etc.

But we have to restrict this that for appraisal templates 1 for each and for rest templates we can assign them if required later for career planning etc

So please guide.

How do you want to restrict them? By authorization? Or if it's a matter of process then you don't need to make any changes to the system.
