Portal Action Log !!!

Dear All,

Currently, I am working on SAP PMS module. While running the appraisal template, I am getting various messages as shown below....

These messages are keep on coming process after process ... Is there anyway out to clear all these once the process complete...as due to this we have to select appraisal template after every scroll down...

Please give your input for same...
