Please check the BusinessOneUpgradeB1UpgradePidxxx.txt file.
You can find the detail of error message there.
Failed upgrade can be solved by SAP Global Support. So, better escalating this issue to SAP Global support.

Change the ITM1 table tracking status from 'true' to 'false' in sql ,Hope it helps

Please check if there is no triggers on ITM1 table then if there is remove it then run upgrade

Did you receive a warning during the upgrade test for field lengths? I've seen this happen when that issue isn't resolved during before the upgrade.
