ERROR: WebDynpro Exception: Internal error while creating CR 0G_S002

Dear Team,

We are facing the below error while using the 0G_S002 CR

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: WebDynpro Exception: Internal error

when processing form Invalid HTTP connection: ADS; check connection to ADS

(termination: RABAX_STATE).

we have checked the services settings they are in place.Any help appriciated.

Dear Shankar

You are using PDF based form request type. To resolve this error, you have to check following -

1. Whether ADS is installed or not

2. If ADS is installed then check the CR type and its config id

You can use different approach for changing the records instead of PDF based forms as it won't allow you to change all the fields. Use following approach for changing the data -

- Configure a CR type for change. Make sure that the single object and object required tick is blank

- Before  changing any record, create a blank change request - without filling up any data and make sure that its in executable mode

- Use Search / Entity search option - select the record which you want to change. There is a button - Change. Click on it and then make the changes

- While saving the changes, you will get a prompt to select the change request. Choose the blank request you have created to change the records.

With this approach you can change any value in GL / CC / PC etc.
