Retro Active Accounting Issues

Hello All,

Please help me on the below issue.

I have hired an employee on 1st of January 2013 and ran live payroll. On February 2013 I have increased employee basic salary to 5000/- and ran payroll, I got January month arrears in February which is okay. Now when I run March month salary for the employee system is running payroll from January, February and March which is incorrect.

When I changed Basic salary for the employee on February month I can see the Earliest Master Data date is 1st of January 2013 which is okay. In March month system should not run 3 months payroll, it should run only for the month of March 2013.

Please let me know what is the thing I missed.

Hi Siva, Please check running live run for Feb and then run for March. If you ran in simulation run for Feb and then March, you will get calculated for 3 months in March.

Dear Shiva,

System won't go for retro until there will be a change in master data for back dates,

Retro run won't give any mismatch arrears payment, pl check as Omid said.

Let us know in case if it is not the case.

Dear Shiva,

Have you run second payroll and exit it successfully?

Please make sure you have finished payroll for February and then check what is the Earliest Master Data in IT0003?
