how to add calender tarining for each company?

i want add calender for each company in training and event management ,or each company have class for tarining can do it,

how can i do it?

Dear Masoumeh,

I think you are looking for a training plan for a year. As you know you should define your training catalog. Then go ahead an define your business events.

By the way I recommend to use LSO not Training and Event Management(PE). LSO is newer version than PE. Even you can use Enterprise Learning Solution(the latest solution for training) but I am afraid you don't need virtual training which is one of most important features introduced by SAP with using ADOBE connection in latest version.

I know PE is similar to LSO ,we run PE and we  do activity day to day in PE,I know we can define Time schachule but I think there is T-code for defining calender for each company that train courses , we want define it for compare and select best.

for example IT company that train C++  has 3 season in summer and spring and winter,I think there is t-code that I can write all of them for  defining favorite business event type or The It company define all times of class in spetial URL or t-code

Dear Masoumeh,

Yes base of configuration and master data for PE and LSO are the same and already you have the base by using PE but there are some exceptions and I'm sure you will see in future for example in follow-up procedure and appraisal related to trainings.

Anyway, you are right and as I said the T-Code is PSV2(Business event menu) which you can define your courses(business events) for specific dates.

Prerequisite for this issue is having your own training catalog. In the training catalog you will define the course types(business event types) as a template and obviously time schedule is a part of definition of a course type.

If you have your training catalog just find your course type and define your occurrences(courses) by right mouse click on and choosing "Create W/O resources" for  dates they will be conduct by training provider(institute).
