Printing setup for both Dot Matrix and Laser

Hi All,

A customer requires invoices to be printed in two formats at the same time (one in a dot matrix printer and one laser printing).  Is this possible within standard ByD functionality, & if so, can someone point me in the right direction with regard to the setup for this particular case?

Hello Ben,

I just heard back from Product Management for Output Management. Business ByDesign does not support printing in two formats simultaneously.

Hello Ben,

PrintManager usually supports dot matrix printers when using a PDF printer queue in the ByDesign system. But whether laser printing can be done at the same time... I will check with my colleagues in Output.
