Solved: Pictures missing on CMC - BOE XI 4.0 SP05

Hi guys,

Recently I installed the SAP BOE XI 4.0 SP05.

I noticed that on loggon in the CMC all icons tools are not displayed.

Apparently the link to the pictures is not properly configured.

Has anyone ever experienced this? How to solve this issue?

Hi Guys.

Unfurtunetly the Sohel solution did not work.

But furtunetly I found the steps to correct the issue.

Please perform these steps:

1)Please create a empty new blank database.

2)Point the SIA to the new database.

3)Recreate the SIA.

Follow this KBA to recreate the SIA :

CentralManagementServer (CMS) for BI 4.0 on Linux/Unix/AIX

***In the above KBA please use the recreate option ***

Please try to redeploy BOE war file.
