Failed To Read Parameter Object.

Good Day To All,

I am working on a migration project to change the ODBC connection from one server to another. I am using CR XI version 11.5.0.313. After I change the the ODBC I Save As, Click Enterprise, and Enable Repository Refresh. The end result of the files is to have them in CMC (InfoView)

But I get an error

Failed to read data from report file

C:\User\Dmarti~1\AppData\Local\Temp\~crw{f88d6ac6-42f7-4cd.rpt. Reseon: Unknown Query Engine Error. File UNKNOWN.RPT.

From what I have read, to correct this is to install SP3, but i have 11.5.0.313.

Other articles I read mentions to click Enable Respository Refresh, which I did, but I staill get the Error.

Has anyone figure a work around for this error?
