How to validate data on user level in SAME TEMPLATE at a Same time In SAP BPC 10.1

Hi Experts,

I need help to provide validation on the input template on user or the group level. Is it possible in SAP BPC 10.1 ?

I can checked that data validation is possible on the basis of driver dimension to lock the data in the template .

But is it possible to to lock the data or disable the section in the template for a user and on the same time enable the section for some other user to fill the data .

Actually my client want to change the temple by 2 user on the same time and want to provide validation like below given image ..please suggest ..

C4 can be change by user 1

D4 can be change by user 2

user 1 can not able to change user 2 data and vise versa ...

To prevent specific user to enter data to some specific member - use security, data access profiles...
