bapi for WBS system and user status Change

Dear Team

i am using the functional module BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS to change WBS user status and system status

i am getting the error Processing not possible because the is no initialization, after reffering to discussions regarding the same issue ,functional module

BAPI_PS_INITIALIZATION was suggested to be used before BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS

so i ran the functional module BAPI_PS_INITIALIZATION after that i ran functional module BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS still i am getting the same error

Processing not possible because the is no initialization

Any one who have resolved the same issue please suggest how to process functional module BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS
