Hr Trigger with CRM?


Hi all,

At one of my customers, we are looking at integrating their CRM system to GRC. Obviously, PFCG role provisioning and access risk analysis etc. are all "standard procedure".

In CRM, however, when new users come in, they need more than PFCG roles. They also need business roles, a business partner and an organizational assignment.

I'm trying to streamline this process as much as possible. Business roles can be mapped to the organizational assignment, so that's done.

I'm wondering if we can somehow benefit from the HR Trigger functionality here. Would this work (considering that on a typical CRM system, SAP_HR and GRCPIERP are not installed)?

1. Can I trigger an access request in GRC from the assignment of a user to an organizational unit in CRM?

2. Alternatively, can I assign a user to an organizational unit in CRM using GRC? (and hence automatically assigning the user to a business role and a PFCG role)?

3. Is there any way to also include/automate the business partner assignment?
