Webdynpro Installation

Hi Experts,

I have SAP Installed in my system. I can able to work with ABAP reports.

But i cant work with Webdynpro ABAP applications and also Adobeforms.

How to upgrade my software? and i would like to work with ESS/MSS Portal .

please suggest me.
