I have a HR structural authorisation specific requirement, the details of which are as given below;
What exists already in the system -
Manager- Ability to see all qualifications (Q) in SAP for all direct reports (Qualification groups: A, B, C, D, E). No qualifications should be excluded.
Talent Specialist A- Able to see all qualifications, for only certain personnel areas.
Talent Specialist B- Ability to see all qualifications for all employees at a global level (Qualification groups: A, B, C, D, E). No qualifications should be excluded
New Scenario- Requirement
HR Administrator- Should have access to view qualifications for all employees at a global level, but this should only include qualification groups A and B. Qualification groups C, D, and E should be excluded for these people. If HR Administrator is also a manager in SAP, this restriction should not be applied to direct reports. The manager should also still be able to view all of his direct reports qualifications.
If this person is Talent Specialist A, exclusion should not affect those personnel areas.
I require inputs on the possibile means of implementing this new requirement which should not affect the existing structural profile set-up. Can the BADI "HRBAS00_STRUAUTH_BADI" be of any use for this requirement?
