Can anyone help me with Status of Control Records message that pops up when attempting to run 941 - Production run. The Payroll areas that are referenced in the message are not relevant to out Tax company or do not exist in Table T549A. We have never received this message in previous runs and I cannot fin a selection screen to exclude or include the relevant payroll Areas. When I look in table T5UTL, only our relevant payroll areas exist so I don't understand how this message appears when attempting to execute tax reporter for 941.
I have three options in the pop up message for status of control records, either save, cancel, or get additional info and none of the options seem to do anything.
How can I resolve the issue with the message or get only the relevant payroll areas?

Looks some thing odd, i guess, you can check with SAP, if time permits, post the screen shot.
One way or other Payroll area is nothing to do with the form 941., what could guess, in the tax reporter fields, by mistake some one could have assigned the payroll area. (guessing), by looking at the nature of the problem.
since you said, u dint see this message before, thing looks much more interesting.
