How to move KM repository frm one server to other w/o affecting permission

HI ,

I have a KM Repository with all the access control defined for all the folders. Now I want to move this to other server for fresh installation.

I am able to copy the folder structure and files thru WEBDAV protocol. but I am loosing the folder level permission which I have already defined.

How to retain these permissions property even after changing copying to other servers.

or how to take the back up of the KM servers with folder permissions intact
