Problem with user logins

Hi

I am facing an issue while trying to login to the Portal.

I have created a user with the superadmin role assigned to him. When logging in with this ID as well as the Administrator ID, I am not able to login the first time whereas I am able to login on the second trial.

Also I am not able to login with any other User ID with the eu_role assigned to it.

We have installed EP 6.0 SR1 on the machine.

Any idea as to what could be wrong?
