Problem with user logins

Hi

I am facing an issue while trying to login to the Portal.

I have created a user with the superadmin role assigned to him. When logging in with this ID as well as the Administrator ID, I am not able to login the first time whereas I am able to login on the second trial.

Also I am not able to login with any other User ID with the eu_role assigned to it.

We have installed EP 6.0 SR1 on the machine.

Any idea as to what could be wrong?

Hi Priya,

Did u check the logs? Check the logs and tell us what are the errors.

Meanwhile check the SAP Note 785308 (Microsoft security patch side effects in NW ).

Thanks for the response. There are no errors in the log file. Infact there are no errors at all. I am simply not able to login to the portal with any ID consisting of roles other than the superadmin role.

As for the IDs with the superadmin role, I am able to login only upon two or three trials.

Any other suggestions?
