me49 price comparison base is gross or net

Hi Experts,

I want to know in standard SAP how ME49 works;gross price basis or net price basis.

Example:

Quot 1: qty 10

PB00: 1000

Disc: 200

net price: 800

Quot 2: qty 10

PB00: 1000

Disc: 300

net price:700

After running ME49 system is showing both having same rank w.r.t gross price.

But it should be quot 2 rank 1 and quot 1 rank 2, for total value and net value comparison.

However it is not happening by any means,kindly advice.
