Getting Error Message IW613 - No operations available for selection in chosen maintenance task list

Hi we have a process of auto create of service order for a part.when the process is running we are getting a std error .

Message IW613 - No operations available for selection in chosen maintenance task list

when searched for the same in i could found only below

Diagnosis
You have selected a

task list toinclude in the maintenance order orservice order.
The system can no longer provide operations for you to select from forthis task list because they have all already been included in the orderand the indicator One-time operation selection hasbeen set.

INCLUDE KEINE-VERARBEITUNG OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE EN 

Procedure
Remove the indicator One-time operation selection.
WARNING! The long text for this message is also displayed for themessages IW614 and IW615 (INCLUDE)

But i cannot find this ONe-Time Operation selection .where is this indicator ?

MZI,

Go into IW32 and navigate to your user settings via menu path: Extras->Settings->Default values

In the popup select the Control tab and ensure that the checkbox indicated below is OFF. Then save your settings.

Hi Pete,

when i go there as suggested i get my user id.and all the ticks are off.

is there any way i can see the settings for other user?

Have a look in table TPMUS.

Also check your development isn't trying to load the TL more than once.
