Hi Praveen,

Is Document Management System ( DMS) has been implemented and configured in your case.

If yes, then you can assign documents to WBS elements in Project.

Search Documents topic on sap help.

To start with u can refer below mentioned link

Hello Tushar,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes DMS is activated in the system.

I am able to see the document (which should be added in project template) in CV03N

I want to add document in the project template so that I can create project with documents without adding manually in project builder.

Is it possible to add document to project template. Let me know

Please help,

Thanks

Hello Tushar,

You mean to say that we can't assign any documents or drawings to Std WBS  which is created through CJ92.

Thanks L&T

Hi Praveen,

Yes,  I have tried going in CJ92 and could see there is only option available to add Milestone or Text.

But there is no option for Document.

HI,

SPRO / IMG -> Cross - Application Component -> Document Management System -> Control Data -> Define Document Types -> Define Object links.

If you want to attach the documents to WBS & NWA add following Objects or required more option check by using above menu path

PRPS  - WBS Element

VORGNET - Network
