Hi All

I have 2 doubts in PMS

1-what is the methods in PMS module

2-what exactly end user work start in PMS

3-For all Employes End user need to run PHAP_PREPARE Program

Hi Nagoor

1- In general there can be 2 types of templates : Pre-defined and Flexible

2- PHAP_PREPARE t-code will start end user

3- for all employees end user run  PHAP_PREPARE t-code

Hi,

1 . End user first will configure appraisal template in PHAP_CATALOG.

2. Before configuring the templates we need to create elements in OOHAP_BASIC.

3 . Need to  define BADI and Workflow in OOHAP_BASIC.

4. Once defined all these things you can  able to create the template .

5 . Once template has beed created , it will be available in PHAP_PREPARE or we can create  program for creating  appraisal documents.
