Error in creating the test file for lockbox

I am trying to create test file for lockbox

RFEBLBT2  to generate BA12 format

I already gone through

I am getting the following error

Error message "F8014 - No account number transferred" when running lockbox test

RFEBLBT2

While entering the info for program RFEBLBT2

what I need to fill in the following field

Destination

Origin

Dummy Account
