How to extract the payload coming from a soap field

Hello Experts,

We have an requirement in PO 7.4 where the sender send an IDOC xml in a single field using SOAP, i need to extract the IDOC xml and post it to SAP.

Message is coming in following format

<a></a>

<b></b>

<c>IDOC XML</c>

<d>

How can i extract the IDOC xml and post it SAP.?
