EHSM and SERC

Dear Experts,

I am a newbie in EHSM. I do not find any relevant materials to explore EHSM. I would like to know about EHSM and I have worked with legacy IHS and OH. I have EHSM 2.0 in my system as per BASIS information. But I have no clue on how to start with or any tcodes to access or the process flow or any functions to activate it. There is no relevant menus in Easy access screen. Guide me on how to proceed with.

Also , I see posts regarding this SERC 2013. Could u please tell me what is this about and where/why and when do we use this as I am a novice in it.
