I would like to archive Ibases in SAP CRM (via archiving object CRM_IBASE). The Ibases I would like to archive contains products created via the product configurator within SAP CRM.
The dificulty is that products that are automatically created via the SAP CRM product configurator and linked to the IBASE can't be changed (not possible to change in transaction IB52). Ibases that contain products that are not automatically created via the SAP CRM productconfigurator I am able to change in transaction IB52 and set the Ibase to inactive and switch on the deletion indicator on the Ibase. So these Ibases I am able to archive.
Anybody experience with this situation or can explain why I am not allowed to archive/change SAP CRM Ibases that contain products automatically created via the product configurator.
