Crystal Reports Help Needed

Hi All,

I have a report and i have 3 groups.The 3rd group is tender type id.in that detail section i placed a formula like this.

whileprintingrecords;

shared numbervar FC;

numbervar sub_tot;

if {Tender.tender_type_id}=1 then

(

sub_tot := sub_tot + ({Tender.amount} - FC);

({Tender.amount} - FC);

)

else

(

sub_tot := sub_tot + {Tender.amount};

{Tender.amount};

)

Here tender type id=1 means cash.

So if tender type is cash then it should subtract fc change from amount.Here the FC change is 33.

So whenever there is cash it should subtract 33 from amount.But in my report that is not happening apart fro one page.

In Only one place(Page 6) the fc chnage is subtracting from the amount.

I don't know what is happening.

Please find the report.

Here the blue color values are actual amount(for understanding purpose) and the red color values are the formula i applied.

Please suggest me if i am doing anything wrong

    Hi Divya,

    The FC change is not subtracted from the the Amount because the shared variable that brings in the value in zero for all the groups except 'Rosalie Recones'.

    The Subreport also returns blank for all records except this. Maybe there is no record in the database for the linking you've done.
