Hi All,
I have configured CCMS on my PI7.31 system to monitor Queues stucked in SMQ1/SMQ2. I went to RZ20 --> CCMS Monitor Set --> SAP CCMS Monitore templates --> Communication --> Transactional RFC and Queued RFC(This node is in red color) --> ARFCSSTATE: Outbound tRFC Calls This node is in red color) --> Calls w/Execution Errors - SYSFAIL(This node is in red color) --> Edit --> Nodes --> Start Method --> Start auto-reaction method --> But I did not receive any mail.....
Please let me know any other way i can test this?? Or where I am getting wrong in CCMS

Have you assigned CCMS_On_Alert_Email to the MTE class ?

Yes, we have set message alerts(ALRTCATDEF) which are giving mails in my outlook.
I did CCMS config --> RZ20 --> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates --> Communications --> Transactional RFC and Queued RFC --> ARFCSSTATE: Outbound tRFC Calls --> Calls w/Execution Errors - SYSFAIL--> EDIT --> NODES --> STARTS METHOD --> START AUTO REACTION METHOD............i am not seeing any mail in sost...it means mail is not triggered here....
