need to change total time in HR report in german manner

HI All, My client is german client. Actaully in the HR reort the total working time calculated like '45.00' which is not acceptable in german. Client needs inplcae of '.' they are looking for ',' means output like '45,00'. so i have set the country : like set country = 'DE'. So the output will be refcted or not with the help of country setting. If there is any other way please suggest me. Thanks and Regards Sankil pandya
