Form setting

Hi

In my customer there are two matrix and the columns are not displaying as designed in the Screen painter.

So, I tried to restore defaults in Form setting . In form setting only one matrix is showing. Not able to view the columns of second matrix.

1. How to restore defaults for both the matrix

2. How to make a matrix to view as per screen design with out storing any user preferences.
