    Hi Kavita,

Go to Transaction code - CATS_APPR

enter the employee number and Processing status should be 30.

Select one row and click on “Withdraw rejection button “

Select one row and click on “Reject”

go to tcode CAT2 ,delete entries.

    Thanks

    Siva

      Thanks All,

      Stuck with the clients question

"When the users are able to record in ESS/Timesheets enties with 0 time length (start-end time 00:00) but cant they cannot correct or delete these records in the same way that is allowed with any other time sheets recordings"

      IS it possible?

      Regards

      Kavita

No not the entries in IT2002 actually we were asked to delete timesheet entries from the database and I am using Program RCATSDEL via SA38 to deleted all the entries of the specific date for eg. 5.4.2013 of some pernr's which are approved or locked. My query is is there any way I can only delete locked entry.
