Hello,

We have installed the Support Packages Stack 13 on a ECC 6.04.

When I restart SAP, we have the following ABAP dump:

Run-time error "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND" occurred

Technical details

File    Offset    RecFm    System log type   Grp    N    variable message data
  45    345420    l   Error (Module, Row)    AB     0    ab_submit                                       absubmit0312

Would you know what I should do to avoid this dump?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi Benoit,

Please add short dump as attachment.

Also is this happening with each job run or only at selected intervals?

As of april check this note please for your error and SP version:

Note 1841778 - LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND in RSCOLL00

Kind Regards,

Johan

Hello Johan,

I have just deleted the entry specified in Note 1841778.

I need to wait one hour before knowing if it solves my issue.

Hello,

Deleting the entry specified in Note 1841778 solves my problem.

How do I transport the row deletion to my QAS and PRD systems?

Basically how do I generated an OT that contains this row deletion?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi Benoit,

Glad my answer assisted please mark as correct for the benefit of others.

Other way of doing this perhaps without transport i.e. it is not a customizing table so do not think transport is possible.

ST03N > Expert Mode > Collector & Performance DB > Performance Monitor Collector > Execution Times.

Check sap note Note 966309 - Contents of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700 - just go into  table maintenance and save line as empty, otherwise to do it as per sap note you may have to open system via SE06 and so on.

Just empty the whole line including report name and save the table as per the st03n guideline this you can do without having to open your production system.

Regards,

Johan

Hi Benoit,

Please check if TCOLL table is maintained exactly according to SAPNote

Note 966309 - Content of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700 - 7.02 and 7.31+
