LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND on RSCOLL00 after SPS13

Hello,

We have installed the Support Packages Stack 13 on a ECC 6.04.

When I restart SAP, we have the following ABAP dump:

Run-time error "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND" occurred
