Printer couldn't print well the sales invoice

Hi

I am the person who shall fix the printing issue for the user.

The issue is when the user print the invoice, the printout has only shown 70% of the contents, while the rest of contents are missing (see attachment) :

By referring the settings with other same model of printer, the problem is still persists.

Normal Microsoft Word printing has no issue, daily loading schedule printing in SAP system has no issue as well, only the Invoice printing is affected.

Sales & Distribution team has checked that the program is working fine, and the spool preview is fine as well.

Please suggest if there is other way to fix this invoice printing issue.

In your print preview, is it previewing within Adobe?  If it does, and you choose the Adobe printer button do you still see the same result?

Hi, our company is using E method of Host Spool Access Method only.

Therefore once we have chosen the SAP Printer ID (example: ABC13) to print to, it'll has printout from the physical printer immediately, it won't has any prompt out from SAP to choose the printer to print to.

The system doesn't spool within SAP before being sent to the External output management system?

If that is true, then can you view the spool on that output management system?

Hi Jun,

We have also facing this issue sometime back. With the help of SAP Note 351230 or 771683 able to resolve this. Please check whether these nots help you to resolve your scenario or not.

Actually most of our SAP printers are using E: External output management system, does the SAP Note 351230 able to take effect on our printing issue ?
