Printer couldn't print well the sales invoice

Hi

I am the person who shall fix the printing issue for the user.

The issue is when the user print the invoice, the printout has only shown 70% of the contents, while the rest of contents are missing (see attachment) :

By referring the settings with other same model of printer, the problem is still persists.

Normal Microsoft Word printing has no issue, daily loading schedule printing in SAP system has no issue as well, only the Invoice printing is affected.

Sales & Distribution team has checked that the program is working fine, and the spool preview is fine as well.

Please suggest if there is other way to fix this invoice printing issue.
