Where the System Calculated Depreciation can be seen?

Hi Experts,

               My requirement is as below.

Acquisition value is 168000 in 2009 jan

useful life is 5 years

last year running

i.e in 2012 the NBV was 19800 where we stopped posting of  2483 in 12/2012

this year in 2013 system have calculated the scrap value i.e 10 % of acquisition value

How can I see where the depreciated value is posted i.e 2483.

here you can see acquisition, revaluation and retirement entries.

I have manually posted unplanned depreciation in 2012 june. How that value can be psoted in posted values?

The unplanned depreciation will get posted during the normal depreciation run for the period.

Execute transaction code AFAB

Select  posting period 6

reason for posting : -Repeat

Give Main Asset number (Important)

It will get posted

Hi,

The unplanned depreciation is posted using ABAA, now at that time only in Asset Accoutning the Document is posted but not in FI. So when you run the normal depreciation of that period, then system will post the depreciation of planned as well as unplanned and then you can see both the depreciations in the posted values tab of Asset Explorer. You can get the information about depreciation calculation from the below screen shot.

In the Asset Explorer you are able to see to the Year End 143.05.

I Kindly suggest, to Perform AJABand AJRW  for this assets.

Enter Asset no & Company Code

Click on Asset value

on the right hand side

Click on the second tab "Posted Value" Next to planned Value
