Error: Connection - connection string is not valid [66000-84]. license does not exist

i am from India .

i am SAP B1 partner .i have downloaded Intercompany add on from SAP service market place.

i have already assign license for sap add.

when i install intercompany add on in sap B1 8.82 Pl06 then error occurred that

Error:- "Connection - connection string is not valid [66000-84]. license does not exist".
