Hi ,

I am facing one issue regarding customer.

How we can maintain different SH, PY,and BP address for same customer code  for different sales area in customer level, not in transaction level

Ie: Customer code:XYZ

     SA:XXXX/10/00- one address

          YYYY/10/00-other address

Your can create AG, BP, PY, SH independently by using different account groups.

If Ship To Party have different address and Transportation Zone, it is better to create new customers and attach to Sold -to.

Let me know ,one real scenario ,why you need for one customer need to maintain different addresses because of one customer can occupy only and only one place .If the PY,SH and BP js different then we need to maintain their addresses  because of they are occupying some place and acting as partner in business .

Dear Rishikesh,

This is not possible to maintain different address for same customer as Table-ADRC is used by many standard program and its almost impossible to change this standard logic. However you can maintain different address at sales order level which can vary form master data.

HI,

During order creation enter the customer and then change the address of SH ,BP,PY in partner functions tab.Maintain common master data and sales area so that you can use the customer in different sales area.

Hi,

If you don't want to create new customer code then there is another option at creation of sales order . You can change the address for that particular order which may not affect the master data.

where as address data are part of general data it won't separate on basis of sales area. So again you need separate address for each partner then you need to create separate customer code and assign it to sold to party master data.

It is Impossible in SAP but you can accomplish this requirement in CRM.

Hi Rishikesh,

we need to create a separate customer master data (XD01) for each business partner like SH,PY,and link all in the main customer master (Sold to Party) in XD02  under partner functions tab of sales data.

Prerequisite: Need to complete the configuration related to partner functions in below path:

IMG-->Sales and Distribution--> Basic functions--> Partner determination--> Setup Partner determination
