SSO ticket generation is deactivated !!!

Hi Everyone,

While practicing single sign on I encountered error in the iview preview :

"SSO ticket generation is deactivated. You can only logon through basic authentication"

I have installed portal certificate through STRUSTSSO2

&

The user name is same for portal as well as SAP system.

Hi Ankur,

Check your System (that you defined in portal) to make sure it is for SAPLogonTickets is selected for logon method, rather than usermapping.

It is SAPLOGONT.

I have defined user mapping but logon method id not UIDPW.
