Hi all,
I'm new to the topic and I'm looking for the best way to get into it. I know SAP BW and some of the BI clients. My manger now wants me to get into the topic to evaluate a possible use in our team.
What is the best way to get into it? I have not fount any trainings or e-learnings from SAP.
Thanks
Marie
Hi Marie,
in Germany we offer a workshop / classroom training course for Predictive Analysis. It's published in our training web shop a few days ago and you can find it here: https://training.sap.com/v2/course/wdpred-sap-predictive-analysis-classroom-001-de-de/
Course code is: WDPRED
Duration is: 2 days
Acutally it's only offered in Germany. If you are located in another country you can ask your local training depoartment if they can offer it for you.
All the best
Dirk

Hi Marie,
the Predictive Analysis Help Guide is also very useful to get started with. You can find the user guide either on the Predictive Interface or through this link:
An FAQ doc can be found from here:

Hi Boris, Dirk,
thanks for your quick answers. I will take a look at the demos and then book the course. Perfect combination 🙂

Hi Marie,
to do great analysis with SAP PA you need to read some books about Data-Mining. But for the beginning you can try to get an overview by watching the official demos.
