how can i change importing costs in PO?

Hi all ;

I get a problem about delivery costs in PO. Because , importing costs can be changable in conditions.

For this reason , i can not post adding delivery and importing invoices.

after migo work, prices can not be changed. For example , i want to revise FRB1 ....
