how can i change importing costs in PO?

Hi all ;

I get a problem about delivery costs in PO. Because , importing costs can be changable in conditions.

For this reason , i can not post adding delivery and importing invoices.

after migo work, prices can not be changed. For example , i want to revise FRB1 ....

Hi,

   If you are inserting planned delivery cost conditions in PO and you are posting different priice in MIRO-planned delivery cost, the inventory will be adjusted accordingly. You can test the scenario and confirm.

   Alternatively, if you want to use unplanned delivery cost you can define whether the unplanned delivery cost is to be loaded in seperate GL or to be distributed in the GL.

Hi Friend,

Best way is to reverse all follow on documents of your purchase order and then edit the import cost in item condition of PO then do GR.

This may help you to resolve your issue.

Hi,

As you already carried out Goods Receipt for your Purchase Order and alternatively you can do "Subsequent Debit" in t.code:MIRO to post  your Delivery Cost as  'Unplanned Delivery Cost'

You can always perform adjustments in MIRO in such cases. Please search forum with topic "Unplanned delivery costs" and you get the desired result/links.

Hi,

In standard system, once GR is posted the 'Delivery Costs' in PO can't be changed. Delivery cost provisions are created in GR, so to avoid inconsistency SAP doesn't allow to change delivery costs in PO, after GR posting.

In case of imports, the delivery costs are not fixed and the exact amount of delivery costs is known after receiving the invoices. So, to match the invoice amount, SAP provided the option to change the delivery cost amount during MIRO. The difference between the GR delivery cost provision amount and the actual invoice amount entered in MIRO is loaded on the inventory (If sufficient stock exists) or it is posted to a price difference account (If sufficient stock doesn't exists).

Delivery cost conditions cannot be edited once the purchase order history is updated. Could you tell us what exactly you are trying to change in FRB1 condition and when you want to change it. Please elaborate.
