Document credit decision case remain open even if sales order is released

Hi ALL,

DCD cases are open even if related sales order are released or unblocked.

As per my understanding, if sales order are released through SD module then related DCD cases should get closed automatically.But in case of 3 DCD cases they were not automatically closed.Now when we click on change button in DCD case, then system is giving error that "Document was already unblocked in SD system; change no longer possible"

Is there anyway we can close these dispute cases.
