Query related to SAP crystal Dashboard Design 2011, Departmental edition

Hi,

I am planning to purchase 2 license of SAP Crystal Dashboard Design 2011, Departmental Edition. Before I purchase, I would like to have a few queries answered. I have been trying to get answer to these from SAP website but couldn’t find anywhere.

1) 1) Is this license transferrable within company? (e.g. I purchase license on my name and if I want to transfer it to my Manager’s name then will it be possible?)

2) 2) What is the lifespan of this license? (is it life time?)

3) 3) If I install a license on my laptop and if I change my laptop, can I uninstall it from previous one and reinstall on the new laptop?
