Conversion planned orders to production orders in partial quantities in massive process

Hi gurus,

is it possible in SAP to convert planned orders in production orders with partial quantities in automatic way? The thing is that the requeriment is to convert planned orders to production orders of confirmed quantities in planned orders.

Example, if the planned order is of 1000 pcs, there are components for 400 pcs, we want to create production order for this 400 in automatic way. I know how do in CO40 but is manually.
