Conversion planned orders to production orders in partial quantities in massive process

Hi gurus,

is it possible in SAP to convert planned orders in production orders with partial quantities in automatic way? The thing is that the requeriment is to convert planned orders to production orders of confirmed quantities in planned orders.

Example, if the planned order is of 1000 pcs, there are components for 400 pcs, we want to create production order for this 400 in automatic way. I know how do in CO40 but is manually.

Dear,

Not possible in standard SAP, you can create Z program to check based on components qty then convert planned order to production order. this program you can setup background job on every day or you requred time.

Hi,

You can use batch conversion of planned order into production order using program PPBICO40. But this will convert full quantity into production order.

As per my knowledge there is no way to do collective conversion of partial quantity of planned order into production order.
