Sales Order Item is set to two user status

Hello SD Gurus,

We have this production issue of a sales order which has two User Status for a line item.

The transaction resulted to dump when the "Status with status no." is scrolled down.

I found out that this line item is set to two User Status: 16 ReMi Reminder Sent and 40 Rjct Rejected Status.

How did this happen? How can I resolve this?
