Reabte agreements and condition records

Hi Experts ,

We need to create reabte agreements and condition records inside it.
We tried this with BDC but there are lot of errors and is not at all stable.
whenever a new agreement type or condition type is created it is not able to adopt the new ones.

So want to replace BDC with BAPI or FM's.

Can you please help us to acheive this through ABAP development.
