System asking for dev access key for changing custom component after copying

Hi All,

System asking for dev access key for changing custom component after copying. It is giving error as " View not copied or enhanced with wizard; processing not possible". This component was copied from another environment.

When we try to open any method in the custom component, the screen is showing as Enhancement operations screen. For other components issue is not coming up. Can anyone help?

Hi JC,

First enhance the component in your active enhancement set , Enhance required view and then make the change.Then it will work correctly.

Hi J C,

Coping does'nt help..you need to enhance the component, view and controller for changing or editing the code of the get, set, p & i methods.
